Guidelines

  • Due to weather constraints, all outdoor work is typically performed between April 1st and November 15th.
  • Certain cemeteries may not allow vendor service of headstones. If our team is not given permission to provide your service, there will be a flat $75 charge in lieu of performing the requested service.
  • In addition to the cemetery and family name, the location of the gravesite is quite helpful (section, plot, grave #, etc., as noted on the cemetery deed). Prolonged site searches may require an additional fee.
  • All complimentary before and after photos of the memorial are sent via e-mail or text as attachments. A valid e-mail address or mobile phone number must be given to allow for this valuable service.
  • The biological cleaners used on all stonework will show even better results a few weeks after preservation cleaning.
  • All work will be performed on accessible areas only. Access blocked by adjoining structures, dense vegetation, or other anomaly cannot be serviced.
  • Top of flat roofs on mausoleums, vault, & crypts over 8 feet high are generally not serviced to the degree of the visual surfaces .
  • Prices listed are subject to increase based on site size and condition.
  • Multiple memorials or headstones in one location will be charged at a reduced rate.
  • The customer will be notified by phone if a recommendation or additional service is warranted, based on site evaluation.
  • Please note that embedded stains due to prior damage or chemical attack cannot be rectified with the standard cleaning system, but may be corrected with more aggressive treatment.
  • Mausoleums, crypts, etc. require a fee of $200 for a site inspection and estimate. This fee will be deducted from the cost of the services performed at this particular site.
  • Work will not be performed on monuments that are beyond the scope of our standard service, or are deteriorated beyond the safe use of our methodology.
  • Contact us regarding any other services you wish to have performed.
