MonuMedic uses an eco-friendly biological biocide on stonework to hinder the re-growth of lichen and mold.
The cleaned memorial will look even better after an additional 3 weeks or so (above 50°F) to allow the product to attack the root structure of the growth on the stone.
In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the final results of our service; simply inform us of your concerns and we gladly return and re-treat whatever is in question at no additional charge. We will work to correct any issue by returning at the earliest possible time available. Where all subsequent treatments are determined to be inadequate, we will gladly provide you with a refund, where applicable.
We guarantee that the EPA-registered biological biocide we use will prevent the re-growth of lichens and mold for the duration of the applied season (Apr. 1st through Nov. 1st).
